Dispatch
Orders are processed and dispatched promptly once placed.

If an item is listed as pre-order, the estimated dispatch timeframe will be noted on the product page. Orders containing a pre-order item will be shipped once all items in the order are available.

Our business operates Monday through Sunday. Orders may still be picked and packed on Sundays, though courier collection may not take place that day.

We currently ship to 31 countries across these regions.

Shipping options and delivery timeframes will be shown at checkout where applicable.

Please take note that orders categorized under the same order number may be dispatched separately.

Delivery to the destinations listed above typically takes between 2 to 7 days.

Returns

Please Note:
Each Field Edition card is individually folded and finished. Minor variation in edge alignment may occur and is part of the physical production process.

If you would like to return an item, returns are accepted for store credit only.

Returned goods must be received in saleable condition within 14 days of delivery.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

To help us process returns efficiently, please include your order number, full name, email address, shipping address used for the order, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for return when contacting us, by using the form found below this page. Return instructions will be provided once cleared for returns.

Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible using the contact form below so we may assist you.

Cancellations
Because orders are processed promptly, cancellations are not possible once an order has been placed.

Gift With Purchase
If your order included a complimentary item as part of a promotion, it must be returned along with the order in order for store credit to be issued in full.

If the complimentary item is not returned, its value may be deducted from the final store credit amount.
